Shipping policy

Very big/wholesale orders will occur an additional courier fee by the customer if the shipping costs are above R300.

Annebelle ships nationwide in South Africa and makes use of the following courier services:

Domestic: Courier Guy: 2 - 5 business days (R110)

Domestic: Pudo S-XS: 2 - 5 business days (R85)

Domestic: Pudo M: 2 - 5 business days (R110)

All Annebelle shipments will be sent with a track-n-trace number via email to the customer once the order is fulfilled. 

We reserve the right to use the most economical courier option.

We take no responsibility for damages/theft, once the courier has picked up your order.
